At North Star Services, Inc. our main objective is to keep our participants independent, in their homes. 

 

We currently provide:

• Respite care in our Adult Day Care Center

• Personal and Supported, Non-Medical, Home Care 

• Community Comprehensive Services (CCS)

• Sensory Programming

• Swim Program

• Independent Living Skills

• Social Events

• Outings

 

Founded in 1999, North Star Services, Inc. is a private, nonprofit, 501 (c) 4 Social Welfare Organization that was established to provide a variety of services to adults and youth with developmental and cognitive disabilities in Adams county.

In January 2008, North Star Services, Inc. opened the doors to our Adult Day Care.

In February, 2015, we opened the doors to our new facility located at 450 E. State St. in Adams, WI. tripling our service space to allow for multiple, in-house programs. 

​

In July of 2015 we had our first Open House to kick off our Sensory Program.
