North Star Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit, organization that was established to promote independence, enhance the quality of life, and provide an extensive scope of program services for adults and youth with developmental and cognitive disabilities by providing quality and compassionate care. To achieve our Vision, North Star Services, Inc. adheres to the following guiding principles:
